From worn sample to running machine.
Every Vedika part follows one controlled route through our Kolkata facility. No operation leaves the building, which is how tolerances, tool life and delivery dates stay ours to keep.
01Reverse Engineering & Metrology
A worn or original sample is measured on CMM equipment and reconstructed dimension by dimension, including the geometry that wear has erased. Incoming raw material is verified by spectrometric analysis before it enters the shop, so the alloy in the finished part is the alloy the drawing demands, never an assumption.

02Design & Drawing
CMM data becomes a controlled CAD drawing carrying tolerances, heat treatment and surface specification. That drawing, not habit or memory, governs every operation and every inspection that follows.

03In-house Manufacturing
Sinker and wire-cut EDM, CNC vertical machining centres and a full conventional toolroom of grinding, turning and fitting operate under one roof. Hardened, complex geometries are machined and finished here, and where the application demands it, heat treated and coated to specification.

04Quality & Inspection
100% of parts are inspected against the controlled drawing on calibrated instruments; nothing ships on a sample check. Critical parts then face the hardest referee available: a machine trial on running IMA and Teepack lines within our group, before they ever reach yours.

05Export Dispatch
Export packing, documentation and freight coordination are handled in-house. Parts leave with clean paperwork and arrive in 46 countries without surprises.
